Third-Party Wearable Data

1. Connected Services. Everstride lets you connect third-party wearable and fitness accounts, including Garmin, WHOOP, Oura, Polar, Strava and other providers we add from time to time (each a “Wearable Provider”). By connecting an account, you authorise Everstride to access and process the data that the Wearable Provider makes available for that account, as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

   
   

2. Authorisation. You may only connect accounts that belong to you or to an athlete for whom you have the right and authority to act, such as a parent or guardian for a minor, or a coach with the athlete’s consent. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from athletes before their data is connected or shared with other users of the platform.

   
   

3. Provider Terms. Your use of a Wearable Provider’s data through Everstride is also subject to that provider’s own terms, developer policies and brand guidelines. You agree not to use the data in a way that breaches those terms. If a Wearable Provider changes or withdraws its access, Everstride may suspend or discontinue the related functionality without liability to you.

   
   

4. Permitted Use. Data obtained from Wearable Providers may be used only to provide the Everstride service, including athlete comparisons, readiness and recovery signals, performance predictions and training planning for the athletes you coach or manage. Data may not be sold, used to train unrelated third-party products, or shared with anyone outside your authorised team unless the Wearable Provider’s terms and applicable law permit it.

   
   

5. Disconnecting Accounts. You or the athlete may disconnect a Wearable Provider at any time through the settings in Everstride or through the Wearable Provider’s own account controls. On disconnection, Everstride will stop accessing new data from that provider and will delete or anonymise the related data within [X] days, unless we are required by law to keep it or it is needed to resolve a dispute.

   
   

6. No Medical Advice. Readiness, recovery and performance outputs are provided for training and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health concern.

   
   

7. Accuracy. Wearable data depends on the accuracy of the devices and the Wearable Providers’ systems. Everstride does not guarantee that data is complete, accurate or available at all times and is not responsible for errors originating from a Wearable Provider.

   
   

8. Trademarks. Garmin, WHOOP, Oura, Polar, Strava and other Wearable Provider names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on Everstride is for identification only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation, unless a separate agreement with that provider says otherwise.

   
   

9. Changes. Everstride may add, remove or modify Wearable Provider integrations. We will notify you of material changes that affect data you have already connected.
