Connected Fitness Device Data

Everstride may allow users to connect their fitness tracking devices or third-party training platforms to the Everstride platform. When a user chooses to connect such a device or service, Everstride may receive certain activity and wellness data from the connected platform with the user’s explicit authorization.

Depending on the connected service, this data may include:

  • activity data such as workouts, duration, distance and watts

  • heart rate and training load metrics

  • recovery-related indicators

  • other performance metrics made available by the connected platform

Everstride accesses and processes this data solely for the purpose of providing performance insights and coaching functionality within the Everstride platform.

Everstride does not use fitness device data for advertising purposes, resale, or unrelated analytics.

Purpose of Processing Fitness Data

Connected fitness data is processed in order to:

  • generate structured performance summaries for coaches and athletes

  • identify trends in training load, recovery, and performance

  • support athlete monitoring and training analysis

  • improve clarity and decision-making for endurance coaching

Everstride acts as an intelligence layer that transforms wearable device data into structured insights for professional coaching workflows.

User Authorization and Control

Fitness device data is only accessed after a user explicitly authorizes the connection between their device provider and the Everstride platform.

Users may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration within the Everstride platform or within the connected service.

Once access is revoked, Everstride will no longer retrieve new data from the connected platform.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

Everstride does not sell, rent, or share connected fitness device data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Access to such data is restricted to systems and services necessary to provide the Everstride platform.

Where external service providers are used for infrastructure or processing (such as cloud hosting), such providers are bound by contractual data protection obligations in accordance with GDPR.

Data Retention for Fitness Data

Connected fitness device data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Everstride platform and its coaching functionality.

Users may request deletion of their personal data and associated fitness data at any time by contacting us at paul@everstride.fit.

Upon account deletion, associated personal data will be removed unless retention is required by law.
